Payment and progress
I only accept payments via Paypal. After I have accepted your order, I will contact you. When the first sketch is ready, I will send it to you so you can see if you like it or if you want any changes. The first two changes are free of charge. There may be an extra charge depending on the work involved. Once I start coloring, no more changes are possible. I do not offer refunds.

-I reserve the right to refuse an order at any time. If you have already paid, you will receive a refund. Should you wish to cancel the commission you will only receive a full refund if I have not yet started the painting.-I reserve the right to change the terms of use without prior notice.-I reserve the right to change my prices at any time, depending on the complexity and nature of the commission.-Payment is made via Paypal in EUR. Payment will be made in full according to the sketch.-I will give you an approximate time frame when the work will be finished.
